These terms cover the use of TryOn, a service from Mgeeaar, by optical shops and their customers.

The service

TryOn gives your shop a web page where customers can try frames on with their phone camera and send orders or questions to your WhatsApp. The try-on is a preview: sizes and colours are close to real life but can differ slightly, so customers should check the frame in the shop.

Free trial and plans

• New shops get a 14-day free trial of the Growth plan. No payment is needed to start.
• After the trial, you choose a plan and pay monthly, quarterly or yearly. Prices exclude 18% GST.
• Each plan has a limit on frames, staff logins and branches. Your admin shows how much of each limit you use.
• You can cancel at any time. Your page stays up until the end of the period you paid for, and we do not charge you again.

Your content

You own the photos, prices and details you add. You confirm you have the right to use them, including photos from your supplier's catalogue. You let us show them on your shop page and process them to make the try-on work.

Prices and orders

Your shop sets the prices and offers. Orders and payments happen between your shop and your customer; TryOn only passes the order on to your WhatsApp.

Fair use

Do not use TryOn for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful. We may pause a shop page that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters for your shop, we will tell you on WhatsApp or by email before it applies.
